The combined transformer for photovoltaic power generation is a series of products developed by digesting and absorbing domestic and foreign technologies and combining domestic needs. The product installs the transformer, load switch, and high-voltage fuse in the transformer box, and uses the transformer’s insulating liquid as the insulation and heat dissipation medium for the entire product. It adopts a fully sealed structure, and the shell adopts a split body. Shot peening, pickling, phosphating, and spraying primer, intermediate paint, and topcoat separately achieve surface corrosion resistance, thickness resistance, and UV resistance that exceed the strength of ordinary spraying. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, and easy installation.

●The transformer insulation level is Class A insulation, the winding temperature rise does not exceed 65K, and the oil top layer temperature rise does not exceed 60K.
Shell protection grade: oil tank IP68, high and low pressure chamber IP45.
