There are many types of dry-type transformers, and their application range is also very wide. The dry-type transformers for mining that we are mainly talking about today include general dry-type transformers for mining KSG, flameproof dry-type transformers for mining KBSG, and flameproof mobile substations for mining KBSGZY.
1. General dry-type transformers for mining KSG are used in central substations, pit yards, main air inlets and main air inlets in coal mines, metal and non-metal mines with gas but no explosion hazard, to power various equipment in mines and mines, and also for power supply in highway and railway tunnels. The mines and mines mentioned here include various metal mines and non-metal mines such as iron mines, copper mines, gold mines, aluminum mines, and alum mines. It is also suitable for use in relatively humid environments in tunnels as a power transformer for mining lighting or electric traction. The capacity is 50-2000KVA, the input voltage is: 10KV or 6KV, and the output voltage is: 1200V, 693V, or 400V. When used in mines, it must have a mining safety mark.
2. KBSG, a flameproof dry-type transformer for mining, is not only suitable for environments with gas and coal dust explosion hazards in coal mines, but also for harsh environments such as mines, coal preparation plants, steel plants, power plants, ports, etc. in coal, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials and other industries. The working principle is to change the voltage through electromagnetic induction. The transformer has two sets of coils, the primary coil and the secondary coil. Normally, the secondary coil is inside the primary coil. When the primary coil is connected to alternating current, the transformer core generates an alternating magnetic field, and the secondary coil generates an induced electromotive force. The turns ratio of the transformer coil is equal to the voltage ratio. The structure of the transformer consists of the main components of the box shell, iron core, coil, insulator, clamp, and corresponding cable junction boxes on both sides. All joint surfaces of the box shell are made according to the flameproof requirements and can withstand an internal pressure of 0.8 MPa. Manufacturers of this equipment must have qualifications such as explosion-proof certificates and mining safety signs.
3. KBSGZY, a flameproof mobile substation for mining, is the KBSG flameproof dry-type transformer for mining. It is used in mines with methane mixed gas and coal dust and explosion hazards as a power distribution device for comprehensive mechanized mining equipment in coal mines. Its structure is composed of the main body of KBSG mining flameproof dry-type transformer, PBG-6KV/10KV mining flameproof high-voltage vacuum switch installed on the high-voltage side, BCG1 series mining flameproof high-voltage cable connector, and BBD-1140 (660) V/3300V series mining flameproof low-voltage protection box installed on the low-voltage side, which together form an ideal mobile substation system for disconnecting the high-voltage side power supply in the event of a low-voltage side fault. The switch has protection functions such as leakage, overload, short circuit, phase failure, and pressure loss. The manufacturer of this equipment must have qualifications such as explosion-proof certificate and mining safety mark.
