Amorphous alloy uses an advanced ultra-rapid cooling technology to spray liquid melts such as iron, cobalt, boron, and silicon onto a chassis with a very high rotation speed and rapidly cool them to form a thin strip of 0.02mm-0.04mm. It has excellent soft-tie performance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and high resistivity.
Compared with cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, amorphous alloy cores for transformers have the following advantages:
1. Amorphous alloy materials do not have a crystal structure and are isotropic soft magnetic materials with low magnetization power.
2. There are no structural defects that hinder the movement of magnetic domain walls, and their hysteresis loss is smaller than that of silicon steel sheets.
3. The resistivity is extremely high, 3-6 times that of silicon steel sheets, and its eddy current loss is greatly reduced, with unit eddy current loss being only 20%-30% of that of silicon steel sheets. SCBH15 series amorphous alloy dry-type transformers are a new type of low-loss energy-saving distribution transformers. This product combines the technical advantages of amorphous alloy transformers and traditional epoxy resin cast dry-type transformers, and adopts a new structural form to make it have the outstanding characteristics of low loss, especially no-load loss, which is 70% lower than that of conventional 10 series dry-type transformers. This product also has the characteristics of compact structure, beautiful appearance, low noise, low temperature rise, strong overload capacity, stable electrical performance, and easy maintenance.
1. Altitude not more than 1000m (special design is required when it is greater than 1000m).
2. Ambient temperature: maximum temperature +40℃, average temperature of the hottest month +30℃; minimum temperature -25℃, average temperature of the hottest year +20℃.
3. The waveform of the power supply voltage is similar to a sine wave; the three-phase power supply voltage is roughly symmetrical.
4. Installed indoors, the use environment is not obviously dirty.
SCBH15 series amorphous alloy dry-type transformer has the advantages of low no-load loss, oil-free, flame retardant and self-extinguishing, moisture-resistant and maintenance-free. Now all places where ordinary dry-type transformers are applicable are suitable for amorphous alloy transformers (including airports, stations, urban subways, high-rise buildings and power plants, etc.),
especially in places where flammable, explosive and power shortages are more suitable. The specific features are:
1. Low consumption and energy saving: It adopts isotropic soft magnetic conductive material, with low magnetization power, high resistivity and low eddy current loss. The no-load loss and no-load current of the core made of amorphous alloy material are very low, only 1/3 of silicon steel sheet. The no-load loss of the transformer is 75% lower than the value specified in GB/T10228. It can greatly reduce operating costs and achieve significant energy-saving effects.
2. Strong corrosion resistance: The amorphous alloy core is fully encapsulated by resin and high-temperature resistant silicone to effectively prevent rust and amorphous alloy fragments from falling off, thereby effectively protecting the core and coil.
3. Low noise: In order to reduce the operating noise of the product, a reasonable working magnetic density is selected during product design, the core and coil structure is improved during product processing, and special noise reduction materials are used. The product noise is much lower than the national standard JB/T10088 requirements.
4. Strong short-circuit resistance: The product adopts a three-phase three-column structure, and the core is protected by a frame structure around it, with a compact and reasonable structure.
5. Low temperature rise and long service life: The product has low temperature rise and strong heat dissipation capacity. It can operate at 150% rated load under forced air cooling conditions. Optional temperature control protection system with perfect performance can provide reliable guarantee for safe operation of transformer.
