The ZS(S) series oil-immersed rectifier transformer is a specialized power device used to convert the three-phase AC voltage in the power grid into the required rectified AC voltage, which is then converted to DC power via rectifier elements. It is widely used in industrial equipment such as chemical engineering, metallurgy, electrolysis, DC transmission, DC smelting, and power plant magnetization.
Featuring a three-phase, three-column iron core structure, each column can accommodate two or more sets of high- and low-voltage coils, effectively saving installation space. It can operate independently as a single set or simultaneously with multiple sets, offering flexible configuration.
Oil Immersed Rectifier Transformer
Equipped with two or more sets of low-voltage coils, each set can be used independently or in parallel. High short-circuit impedance between coils ensures stable and safe multi-channel output.
It is suitable for powering AC-AC variable-speed motors in steel mills, or for powering DC motors after rectification. It supports multiple wiring configurations, including “one unit to multiple units” and “multiple units to one unit,” to accommodate complex operating conditions.
