ZTelec Yuguang Holds “Climb Together, Unite as One, and Sail Toward a Shared Future” Team-Building Event
To enrich employees’ cultural and recreational lives, relieve work-related stress, and further strengthen team cohesion and collaboration, ZTelec Yuguang organized a two-day autumn team-building event from August 27 to 28 in Xinxiang, Henan Province, visiting the scenic areas of Baligou and Tianjie Mountain.
Under the theme “Climb Together, Unite as One, and Sail Toward a Shared Future,” employees stepped away from their daily routines and immersed themselves in nature. Through team challenges, outdoor activities, and shared experiences, everyone strengthened mutual understanding and built stronger team connections.
Fun Team Challenges to Build Teamwork
On the morning of August 27, the team departed from Zhengzhou and headed to Baligou Scenic Area in Xinxiang. After arriving and having lunch together, the team-building activities officially began.
To make the event more engaging and encourage teamwork, professional coaches divided the employees into eight teams and designed a series of fun challenges, including photo-taking and checkpoint tasks throughout the scenic area.
During the activities, team members communicated closely, shared ideas, and worked together to complete each challenge. Some members searched for task locations, others planned creative photos, while others recorded and organized the results.
Through these enjoyable activities, everyone gained a deeper understanding of one another and experienced firsthand the importance of communication, cooperation, and teamwork.
At the end of the competition, the winning team was selected based on completion time and overall scores, with prizes presented to the team members. Every completed challenge brought not only a sense of achievement but also a stronger appreciation of what can be accomplished through collective effort.
Music Dinner: Sharing Moments of Joy
As night fell, Baligou Scenic Area became the setting for a lively and memorable music dinner.
Before the evening festivities began, the Chairman of ZTelec Group delivered a speech, recognizing the hard work and dedication of all employees. He encouraged everyone to maintain the spirit of unity, cooperation, and positive development, and to bring greater enthusiasm to their work as the Group continues to move forward.
The music evening then officially began. Everyone temporarily set aside the pressures of work and gathered together to enjoy barbecue, music, singing, and conversation in a relaxed atmosphere.
Laughter and songs filled the evening, bringing colleagues closer together and creating a warm sense of belonging within the ZTelec Group family. The celebration continued until 10:00 p.m., concluding the first day’s activities on a joyful note.
Climbing Tianjie Mountain and Experiencing the Power of Teamwork
On August 28, the team headed to Tianjie Mountain for a mountain-climbing activity.
As everyone climbed higher, team members encouraged and supported one another while overcoming the physical challenges along the way. As the altitude increased, mist gradually enveloped the mountains, with peaks appearing and disappearing among the clouds, creating a breathtaking scene that seemed like a heavenly palace in the clouds.
The climb was not only a physical challenge but also an opportunity to demonstrate the spirit of teamwork. Some members led the way, while others encouraged and supported their colleagues. Everyone moved forward together and looked after one another, strengthening trust and cooperation throughout the journey.
After descending the mountain, the team visited a Red Education Base within the scenic area and took a group photo, creating a lasting memory of this meaningful autumn team-building trip.
Relax, Recharge, and Move Forward Together
Although the two-day team-building event was brief, it provided everyone with an opportunity to step away from the office, reconnect with nature, and relieve the pressures of daily work.
More importantly, it strengthened communication, trust, and cooperation among colleagues. Through completing challenges together, overcoming difficulties together, and sharing memorable moments together, the cohesion and sense of belonging of the ZTelec Yuguang team were further strengthened.
We climb higher to see farther; we unite as one to go further.
