What are the photovoltaic step-up transformers?
Photovoltaic power generation systems are usually installed near residential or commercial areas, so special boost transformers for photovoltaics need to have a low noise level to reduce the impact on the surrounding environment.
At present, there are mainly the following types of photovoltaic special step-up transformers on the market:
1. Dry transformer
Dry transformer is a transformer with air insulation, which has the advantages of small size, light weight, easy installation and simple maintenance. Dry transformers are suitable for indoor or outdoor environments, especially in places with high fire protection requirements.
2. Oil-immersed transformer
Oil-immersed transformer is a transformer that uses oil insulation, which has the advantages of good heat dissipation performance, high reliability and long service life. Oil-immersed transformers are suitable for various environmental conditions, but require regular maintenance and maintenance.
3. Pre-installed substation
Pre-installed substation is a substation that integrates boost transformers, switchgears, protection equipment, etc. into one box. It has the advantages of small footprint, easy installation and simple maintenance. Pre-installed substations are suitable for photovoltaic power generation systems of all sizes, especially for distributed photovoltaic power generation systems.
A special step-up transformer for photovoltaic power generation system is a transformer specially designed for photovoltaic power generation systems. Its main function is to increase the low-voltage power generated by photovoltaic power generation to a voltage level suitable for grid connection or long-distance transmission. Compared with traditional power transformers, photovoltaic special step-up transformers have the following characteristics:
1. High efficiency
The special step-up transformer for photovoltaic adopts advanced design and manufacturing technology and has high efficiency. This means that in the process of increasing low-voltage electrical energy to high-voltage electrical energy, energy loss can be reduced and the overall efficiency of the photovoltaic power generation system can be improved.
2. High reliability
Photovoltaic power generation systems are usually installed in outdoor environments and face various harsh natural conditions, such as high temperature, low temperature, humidity, wind and sand. Therefore, a special step-up transformer for photovoltaic needs to have high reliability and be able to operate stably in harsh environments.
3. Good insulation performance
Since the voltage generated by photovoltaic power generation systems is usually low and need to be raised to a higher voltage level, special boost transformers for photovoltaic need to have good insulation properties to ensure safe operation at high voltages.
4. Low noise
A special step-up transformer for photovoltaic is an important equipment in photovoltaic power generation systems. When choosing a special boost transformer for photovoltaic, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the efficiency, reliability, insulation performance, noise level and other factors of the transformer, and select suitable transformer types and specifications to ensure the safe, stable and efficient operation of the photovoltaic power generation system.
