Project Overview
ZTelec Yuguang supplied a 1000 kVA three-phase pad-mounted transformer for a factory power distribution project in Venezuela.
The transformer is designed to step down 13.8 kV medium voltage to 208Y/120 V low voltage for stable power supply to factory equipment and electrical loads.
The solution also included two GGD low-voltage power cabinets, providing a coordinated transformer and LV distribution system.

As a professional transformer manufacturer, ZTelec Yuguang designed and supplied a customized pad-mounted transformer featuring Dyn5 vector group, copper windings, PCB-free mineral oil and 95 kV primary BIL.
The transformer was equipped with load switching, Bay-O-Net assemblies, current-limiting fuses, pressure relief valve, oil-level gauge and grounding terminals.
Two GGD low-voltage power cabinets were also supplied to complete the factory distribution system.
