MNS Low-Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear
The MNS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (referred to as the switchgear) consists of a power center (PC) and a motor control center (MCC). It is suitable for power control and distribution systems operating at 50Hz-60Hz AC and rated operating voltages of 660V and below. It is widely used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and other power users for power distribution, motor control, and lighting equipment, including power conversion, distribution, and control.

II. Operating Environment

Ambient air temperature: Upper limit 45°C, lower limit -30°C.

Altitude ≤ 1000 meters (if exceeding 1000 meters, please specify when ordering).

Ambient relative humidity: Daily average ≤ 95%, monthly average ≤ 90%.

Ambient air: Free from significant dust, smoke, corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, or salt contamination.

Ambient environment free from frequent severe vibration or long-term corrosion.

This device is suitable for transportation and storage within the following temperature range: -25°C to 45°C, with temperatures reaching 70°C for short periods (no more than 24 hours). The device should not suffer any irreversible damage at these extreme temperatures and should function normally under normal conditions. Any failure to meet these operating conditions should be resolved through consultation between the user and the manufacturer. A separate technical agreement must be signed for the use of this device in offshore oil and nuclear power plants.

III. Main Features

The cabinet frame features a C-section modular structure, with all structural components galvanized or coated with aluminum-zinc sheet metal.

The drawer units utilize high-strength, flame-retardant engineering plastic components, effectively enhancing safety and protection.

The drawer units are compact, highly functional, highly interchangeable, easily replaceable and maintainable, and offer reliable contact.

The cabinets feature side or rear wiring options, and the vertical channels utilize half-panel panels for ease of maintenance and reduced costs.

The cabinets have an IP3X-4X protection rating.

Drawer types come in four standard sizes: 8E/4, 8E/2, 8E, 16E, and 24E.

The unit circuit rated current is 400A or less. The 8E/4 and 8E/2 drawer types are constructed of flame-retardant plastic and aluminum alloy profiles.

The four drawer units can be assembled individually or mixed within a single cabinet. The total height of the functional unit isolation is 72E (1800mm).

V. Ordering Instructions

When placing an order, the following technical information must be provided:

Main circuit single-line system diagram;

Schematic diagram or wiring diagram;

Detailed specifications and quantity of electrical equipment installed in each cabinet, along with the order specifications;

Layout of the switchgear arrangement and combination circuits, and floor plan.
