This product combines a transformer, load switch, and high-voltage fuse inside a compact transformer tank. Technical Characteristics

  1. Modular Structure: The unit is divided into six parts — transformer body, high-voltage chamber, low-voltage chamber, monitoring chamber, switch operation room, and fuse room. Layout can be arranged in “I” shape or “U” shape based on project needs.

  2. High-Voltage Protection: Equipped with terminal-type load switch and full-range current-limiting fuses, ensuring reliable fault protection.

  3. Compact Design: Load switch and fuses are installed inside the transformer tank. The insulating oil acts as insulation and cooling medium, improving thermal performance and reducing space usage.

  4. High-Voltage Outlet: Adopts dry-type bushing with copper busbar structure, supporting multiple cable connections. Low-voltage outlets can be customized according to user requirements.

  5. Reinforced Doors: Wind-resistant hinges, outward-opening doors (≥90° opening angle) with positioning devices and sealing strips. Rainproof, dustproof, rust-resistant, and anti-tampering design.

  6. Anti-Theft Sealed Structure: The box adopts concealed high-strength bolts with nitrile rubber sealing gaskets. No external removable bolts, ensuring enhanced safety.
