INTEGRATED BOX-TYPE SUBSTATION
The integrated power storage converter and booster (PCS) is a highly comprehensive photovoltaic box-type substation equipment. It integrates multiple devices, such as energy storage converters, boost transformers, high-voltage ring network cabinets, and low-voltage distribution boxes in one container or combines them into one.
The integrated design of the energy storage converter and the boost transformer and the energy storage converter reduces the overall system footprint, reduces the manufacturing and transportation costs of the equipment, shortens the on-site assembly and joint adjustment time,
and improves the overall on-site construction, post-operation, and maintenance efficiency. In the integrated design of the energy storage converter and booster system, the three-in-one integration of two energy storage converters and the boost transformer control system can effectively reduce the equipment system cost and failure rate, improve the system availability, thereby reducing the full life cycle cost of the energy storage system, and making the energy storage system better serve the power system.
Performance characteristics of the integrated converter:
It has the function of paralleling multiple PCS AC sides.
It has the ability of reactive power support and can achieve full reactive power generation.
The protection level of the whole cabin reaches IP54, and the anti-corrosion level is designed according to C4.
The auxiliary power supply is stable and reliable, and a dual power supply redundancy design can be adopted.
There are various configuration options to meet the different needs of users.
