GCK series low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as “switchgear”) is suitable for rated working voltage 380V, AC three-phase four-wire, three-phase five-wire system, as power supply, feeder, reactive power compensation, energy metering, lighting and motor centralized control in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises and high-rise buildings of power systems.
This product complies with GB7251 “Low-voltage complete switchgear and control equipment”, JB/T9661 “Low-voltage withdrawable switchgear”, |EC60439.1 “Low-voltage complete switchgear and control equipment” standards.
Structural features:
The basic cabinet frame of GCK is a combined assembly structure. All structural parts of the cabinet frame are galvanized and sprayed. They are connected to each other by screws to form a basic cabinet frame, and then doors, baffles, partitions, drawers, mounting brackets, busbars and electrical components are added as needed to assemble a complete control center cabinet. This cabinet structure has the following characteristics.
Cabinet frame
The cabinet frame is partially assembled with C-profiles. The cabinet frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by our company to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet.
● The molding size, opening size and equipment spacing of the parts are modularized. (Module E = 20mm, the same below).
● The internal structural parts are galvanized. The exterior is phosphating; then electrostatic epoxy powder spraying is used.
● The cabinet frame is divided into three mutually isolated areas: busbar room, functional unit room, and cable room, which can prevent the spread of accidents and facilitate live maintenance.
Functional unit (drawer part)
Functional unit: feed unit, motor unit, public power supply unit
● The drawer unit height module is 200mm, divided into units, 1 unit, 1.5 units, 2 units, 2.5 units, 3 units
● Six size series. The rated current of the unit circuit is below 630A.
● Each MCC cabinet can be installed with a maximum of 9, one-unit drawers or 18 units of drawers.
● The door panel of the compartment is mechanically interlocked with the drawer by the operating mechanism of the main switch. When the main switch is in the closed position, the drawer cannot be pulled out.
● The operating mechanism of the main switch can be locked in the closed or open position with a hanging lock, and the electrical equipment can be safely repaired.
● The back of the functional unit has the main circuit input and output plugs, the auxiliary circuit secondary plug and the grounding plug.
● The grounding plug ensures the continuity of the protection circuit when the drawer is in the separation test connection position.
● The functional unit compartment is separated by a metal partition.
● The valve in the compartment automatically opens and closes as the drawer is pushed and pulled out, so that it cannot touch the vertical busbar in the compartment.
● The drawer unit adopts a rotary propulsion mechanism with a three-position function, which is simple and reliable to operate.
Busbar system
● The vertical busbar is enclosed with a polycarbonate engineering plastic shell.
● The GCK and GCL busbar systems adopt three-phase four-wire and three-phase five-wire systems. The horizontal busbar is installed on the top of the cabinet. The N line and PE line can be installed on the top or the bottom of the cabinet.
