MNS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is a modular, standardized, multifunctional low-voltage power distribution cabinet assembled by the factory with standard modules. It is suitable for three-phase four-wire and three-phase five-wire power systems with AC 50~60Hz and rated working voltage of 380V (660V). The maximum rated working current is up to 6300A. It is used as a low-voltage system for all occasions requiring high reliability in power plants, substations, petrochemicals, metallurgy and steel, transportation energy, light industry and textiles, factories and mines, residential areas, high-rise buildings, etc.: power distribution and motor control systems. This device complies with GB7251.12 “Low-voltage complete switchgear and control equipment”, GB/T15576 “Low-voltage complete reactive power compensation device” and JB/T9661 “Low-voltage withdrawable complete switchgear” national and industry standards, and complies with international standards such as IEC61439
The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃, not lower than -50℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours is not higher than +35℃.
When exceeded. It is necessary to reduce the capacity according to the actual situation;
The altitude does not exceed 2000m;
The relative temperature of the ambient air does not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of +40℃, and a larger relative temperature is allowed at lower temperatures;
The inclination of the switchgear installation from the vertical does not exceed 5°.

◆Overview
The product design fully considers the requirements of the majority of power users and design departments, and can meet the needs of the growing power industry for capacity expansion, computer interface, centralized power control, convenient installation and maintenance, and shortened accident handling time. It is safe, economical, reasonable and reliable. The product has strong connection capacity, high segmentation capacity, good dynamic thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient combination, strong series and practicality, novel structure, and high protection level. It is a high-end product of low-voltage withdrawable switch complete set.
◆Basic structure
The basic structure of the cabinet is a combined structure suitable for our company. It uses C-type profiles (basic modulus E=25mm) as the main structural parts, and is fastened with locking self-tapping screws and 8.8-grade high-strength bolts. Therefore, the cabinet has high precision, good rigidity, and good grounding continuity.
● The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃, and the average temperature in 24h is not higher than +35℃.
● The ambient air is clean, and the relative humidity does not exceed 50% at a temperature of +40℃. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, for example: 90% at +20℃. However, it should be considered that condensation may occur occasionally due to temperature changes.
● Indoor use, the altitude does not exceed 2000m.
● In places without significant shaking and impact vibration.
● Pollution level: Level 3.
● Overvoltage level: III
● The temperature during transportation and storage of the switch cabinet can be between -25℃ and +55℃, and the temperature can reach +70℃ in a short time (no more than 24h).
● If the above conditions of use cannot be met, the user should propose it to the manufacturer when placing an order and negotiate a solution.
●Fixed cabinet
This type of cabinet is mainly used as incoming cabinet, contact cabinet, capacitor compensation cabinet, inverter cabinet, soft start cabinet, etc.
●Mixed cabinet
Drawer units and fixed units can be mixed in one cabinet frame. They can be combined according to the module as 8E as one unit. It can be used in occasions where there are both power distribution circuits and motor control circuits.
●Fixed partition cabinet
Each circuit unit is isolated from each other, and plug-in or withdrawable circuit breakers are used to ensure the convenience of equipment maintenance and overhaul. It is mainly used for power distribution circuits, and can also be used for some high-power motor control circuits.
●Drawer cabinet (MCC)
It is assembled from large and small drawers. Each circuit feeder switch uses a high-break molded case circuit breaker with an effective height of 72E (1800mm). Each functional unit can be freely combined according to the scheme. The drawer cabinet is composed of a drawer unit compartment, an outlet terminal compartment, a horizontal cable compartment, and a cabinet top busbar compartment. All components are installed in the drawer unit. The drawer specifications include 8E/4, 8E/2, 8E, 16E, and 24E (E=25). The same drawer units can be easily interchanged. The five standard sizes are based on the 8E (200mm) height: a. 8E/4: 4 drawer units are assembled in the 8E height space, and the maximum rated current of a single drawer is 32A. b. 8E/2: 2 drawer units are assembled in the 8E height space, and the maximum rated current of a single drawer is 63A. c. 8E: 1 drawer unit is assembled in the 8E height space, and the maximum rated current is 250A. d. 16E: 1 drawer unit is assembled in the 16E (400mm) height space, and the maximum rated current is 400, 630A. e. 24E: Assemble one drawer unit in the 24E (600mm) height space, with a maximum rated current of 630A and 800A.
Five types of drawer units can be assembled in one cabinet as a single unit or as a mixed unit, and can be used for motor control circuits or power distribution circuits. See Figure 1 for a picture of the drawer unit.
