Principle
The voltage transformer is an outdoor epoxy resin cast insulation fully enclosed structure. It is suitable for voltage, electric energy measurement and relay protection in power systems with AC 50Hz and rated voltage 10KV and below. It is suitable for rural outdoor substations, and can also be used in industry, small enterprises, and power distribution stations.
This type of voltage transformer is a pillar structure, fully enclosed and cast with outdoor epoxy resin, with the characteristics of arc resistance, UV resistance, aging resistance, and long life. Because the transformer adopts fully enclosed cast insulation, small size, light weight, suitable for installation in any position and direction. There is a wiring protection cover at the secondary outlet, and there is a wire outlet hole below it, and anti-theft measures can be implemented. Safe and reliable, there are 4 mounting holes on the base channel steel.

The first letter: J-voltage transformer;

Rated primary voltage: the primary voltage value used as the performance benchmark of the transformer.
Rated secondary voltage: the secondary voltage value used as the performance benchmark of the transformer. Rated transformation ratio, the ratio of the rated primary voltage to the rated secondary voltage.
Accuracy level: the level determined by the transformer system, the error of which should be within the specified limit under the specified conditions of use. Load, the impedance of the secondary circuit, usually expressed in apparent power (VA). Rated load, the load value based on which the accuracy level of the transformer can be determined.
Wiring method
(1) Single-phase wiring, which can be used to measure the line voltage of a system with a neutral point that is not directly grounded at 35kV
(2) V/V wiring is to connect the high and low voltage windings of two fully insulated single-phase voltage transformers between phases to form an incomplete triangle. This method is often used in high-voltage three-phase systems of 35kV or below with a neutral point that is not grounded or grounded through an arc suppression coil, especially in 10kV three-phase systems.
(3) The wiring form of YN, yn, d0 or YN, y, d0, which is formed by three single-phase three-winding voltage transformers, is widely used in 6~35KV systems. Its secondary winding is used to measure the phase-to-phase voltage and relative voltage to ground. The auxiliary secondary winding is connected to form an open triangle for access to AC power grid insulation monitoring instruments and relays. A three-phase five-column voltage transformer is used to replace the wiring formed by the above three single-phase three-winding voltage transformers. Except for the iron core, its form is basically the same as Figure 3. It is generally only used for 6~15KV systems.
(4) Three-phase three-winding five-column voltage transformer, its primary winding and main secondary winding are connected in star shape, and the neutral point is grounded, and the auxiliary secondary winding is connected in an open triangle. Therefore, this type of voltage transformer can measure line voltage and relative ground voltage, and the auxiliary secondary winding can be inserted into the relay and signal indicator for AC power grid insulation monitoring.
